Payment

PayPal
Payment will only be debited when the item is dispatched from Living Architecture Publishing.

Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card such as Visa/Mastercard or PayPal, the amount will be reserved immediately for up to 30 days.
The funds remain reserved on your card or account until:

1. We debit the amount upon dispatch of the item.
2. The order is canceled, in which case the funds will be released as per your card issuer’s terms.

Delivery

Our products are delivered via one of the following carriers:

– PostNord
– FedEx
– UPS

Delivery Time
Items are dispatched continuously, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

– Receive your item.
– Receive the final item in your order (for agreements involving multiple items delivered separately).
– Receive the last batch or part of an order consisting of several batches or parts.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notifications should be sent to info@livingarch.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Note: Refusal to accept delivery is not considered a valid withdrawal unless you explicitly inform us.

Return Policy
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The book’s plastic wrapping must remain intact. You are responsible for all direct return shipping costs.

Packaging and Handling
Ensure the item is securely packaged and stored safely. You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until it is returned to us.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
3. Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken.
4.Alcoholic beverages with price dependent on market fluctuations, if delivery exceeds 30 days after purchase agreement.

Condition of Returned Items

You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. For full refunds, the item must be handled as it would in a physical store.

Refunds

If you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund the amount you paid, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard option). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation confirming its return.

Complaints (Warranty)
Danish Sale of Goods Act provisions apply to your purchase, granting you a 24-month warranty. You may be eligible for repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction depending on the circumstances. Complaints must be valid and not due to improper use or damage caused by the customer.

Complaint Deadline
Complaints should be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect. Complaints within two months are always considered timely.

Dispute Resolution
If you have complaints about your purchase, please contact our customer service at info@livingarch.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with the relevant consumer protection board, provided the conditions are met.
